You work with others in the same document at the same time, including within the same paragraph. Names, pointers, selections and text cursors use individual colours to show where everyone is working. On a magazine, an editor can revise the introduction while you set the caption. Changes appear for the others without sending files or checking them out. You can check text length and line breaks in the layout while the team works.
