You place EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, Code 128, GS1-128, ISBN, ISMN and ISSN as vector codes. For a book cover, you can include an add-on with the ISBN code. Human-readable text for the supported codes uses OCR-B, and bar width reduction compensates for print gain. Pharmacode and Braille add packaging options, and codes remain vectors in the PDF.
How to do it
- Open «Object» › «Place» › «Barcode or QR code …».
- Choose the «Kind» and enter the «Contents».
- Set «Size (%)» and, if needed, «Bar width reduction (mm)».
- Check the preview and insert the code.
