Where to find itData › Create merged document …
You load a CSV, Excel or JSON data source and connect its fields to the layout. For personalised agency mailings, text, images, QR codes and barcodes can vary by record. The preview shows individual records before you start the merge. You choose a PDF for all records, individual PDFs in a ZIP or a new editable document as the result.
How to do it
- Load the source through «Data» › «Load data source …».
- Insert data fields in the template and preview several records.
- Open «Create merged document …».
- Choose the result type and start output.
Limits
JSON is a read-only data source; writing back to JSON is not supported.
