The flatplan shows production page by page with section, owner and status. For a club magazine, you can record which pages are still in progress and which are ready for proofing. When you mark a page as finished, Medusa records its state. If its content changes afterwards, a warning appears in the plan and on the page. For the next issue, you reset production status and reuse the plan.
How to do it
- Open Layout › Flatplan …
- Select one or more pages in the plan.
- Enter the details for each page under Section and Assigned to.
- Choose a state such as In progress, Proofing or Done.
- Click Set.
Tips
- The Done status in the flatplan does not replace locked page approval.
