Where to find itData › Update data …

You match a new data list to existing tiles, lists or table rows using a key field. For the next catalogue edition, you review changed values, new records and discontinued items before applying them. Manual edits appear as conflicts, where you can take the list value or keep the manual edit. A proof PDF contains only affected pages and can include correction notes for the changes.

How to do it

1. Open «Data» › «Update data …» and load the new list.
2. Select the «Key» and check the preview.
3. Open «Data changes …» and resolve conflicts with «Take the list» or «Keep manual edit».
4. Create «Correction PDF …» if needed.

Tips

• Use a stable, unique item key for matching.
