a link of its own for a section or single pages; text and images only there, changes carry the link's name, each link can be revoked on its own

You create named copy-editing links for particular people or sections. A link covers selected pages or a section from the flatplan. For a club magazine, the sports editor can edit text and released images on their pages while other sections remain outside their scope. Changes carry the name of the corresponding link for attribution. You can revoke each link individually without reissuing all the other copy-editing links.

How to do it

  1. Open File › Share …
  2. Create a named copy-editing link.
  3. Choose the pages or section for this link.
  4. Copy the generated link for the intended person.
