From a data list, you generate a separate link for each person to correct their card. Each person edits the designated fields, sees a live preview and can upload their own photo. A print shop can proof business cards for a club without managing a separate correction letter for every member. You set locked fields and link expiry and keep the correction record with the data. Once approved, the card stays locked until you reopen it. For output, you can filter the approved records.

How to do it

1. Load the data list and map the fields in the layout.
2. Choose Data › Client form …
3. Set editable and locked fields and the expiry date.
4. Generate the personal links, then review corrections and approvals.

Limits

Photo uploads accept JPEG or PNG up to 10 MB.
