Where to find itWindow › Animation › Timeline (⌥⌘T)
The timeline exports the current page’s animation as video or animated HTML. For an agency social post, obtain MP4 with H.264 or WebM with VP9 depending on the browser. Where WebCodecs is available, Medusa renders individual frames and encodes them at the selected bitrate. Otherwise it uses the browser’s supported real-time recording. Export shows progress and allows cancellation. Animated HTML retains the movement as browser output.
How to do it
- Open «Window › Animation › Timeline».
- Review «Duration (s)» and «Frames/s».
- In the timeline, choose «Export» › «Video (MP4/WebM) …».
- For browser output, choose «Animated HTML …» instead.
Limits
Audio, video editing and multiple video tracks are outside this export’s scope, and the task documentation leaves video colour fidelity unverified.
