Where to find itLayers

The layers panel shows layers, groups and objects in a tree. You can expand groups and move or hide their objects within the structure. This helps organise an advert containing several image and text groups. Layers and individual objects can also be marked as non-printing. These working elements remain visible during editing but are omitted from preview and PDF, PNG and SVG output.

How to do it

  1. Open the Layers panel.
  2. Expand the group and select or move its object.
  3. For a selected object, enable Do not print in Properties when needed.
